SOLUTION
The Square-Belly Gyro-Vault is a low-center-of-gravity cubical payload containment and active stabilization module designed for high-speed last-mile delivery platforms operating at speeds where beverage fluid dynamics become an engineering problem rather than a lifestyle inconvenience. The vault mounts below the wheel axle centerline, placing the payload mass at the lowest geometrically available point on the chassis and maximizing the mechanical leverage available to resist roll forces during cornering, obstacle negotiation, and the kind of curb drop that happens faster than the guidance system anticipated. Internal stabilization is provided by a 2-axis active BLDC gimbal ring operating at 1000 Hz sample and correction rate, which actively banks liquid containers into turns so that centrifugal acceleration vectors resolve downward through the container base rather than laterally through the lid seal, which is the only vector direction that does not result in a spill. Thermal isolation is provided by a carbon-fiber insulated induction heat floor locked at 145°F with positive-pressure condensation venting to prevent moisture accumulation in the cold-beverage zone. The vault is divided. The fries are hot. The drinks are cold. The physics are managed.
