PROBLEM

There is not a new version of the chicken.

SOLUTION
Chicken Makes Chicken is the MTREES on-demand bio-fabrication forest — a production system in which the Chicken operates not as a food animal but as a biological manufacturing unit, accepting payload specifications and outputting custom protein matrices housed inside standard calcium carbonate egg shells. The forest grows egg variants. The prototype is the base Chicken Egg: standard shell, negotiable interior. The variants extend it with targeted organ and tissue payloads ordered by system, nutrient profile, or the specific biological need the customer arrived with. The Chicken does not produce a whole chicken. The Chicken produces the thing that was ordered. The shell looks like an egg because it is an egg. What happens inside the shell is between the Chicken and the order. Zero waste. Zero carcass. Zero feather. The founding myth is a liver thrown raw across a campfire in the Revenant, received by a man who understood what the body needed after a bear and a winter. The MTREES version delivers the liver inside a shell at 28.0001 mph by a rover that does not spill things. The nutritional outcome is comparable. The catching is not required.

"description": "The Restaurant is the MTREES mall dining ecosystem \u2014 a full-service experiential consumption environment operating at the precise intersection of hunger, ambient lighting, and the suspension of critical inquiry that occurs when a bread basket arrives before anyone has looked at the menu. The Restaurant does not have a cuisine. The Restaurant has a concept, which is explained by the server in a way that takes longer than the explanation warrants and ends with the server asking if you have any questions, which you do, but the server has already left. The kitchen is open, in the sense that you can see into it, which the Restaurant considers transparency. The menu changes seasonally, which means the thing you came back for is no longer available, which the server describes as 'exciting.' Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are accepted. Neither group is seated immediately. The Restaurant's signature offering is Monkey Brains, which is listed under Specialties, which is the section of the menu that does not have prices."
